Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 2-3 business days to let you know your order is on the way! 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: Shipping charges for  your order will be calculated and  displayed at checkout. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Shipping  charges for your order will be calculated  and displayed at checkout. 

DUTIES, TAXES & IMPORT FEES: We are committed to providing a smooth and worry-free shopping experience for our international customers. All customs duties, import taxes, and related fees are fully covered by our shop. You will not be required to pay any additional fees upon delivery.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:  We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original  condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible  at eklevia@eklevia.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We  address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
